1. LOCATE THE PADLOCK

If you toolbar is full of icons, the padlock may not be visible right way. You can either drag the vertical separator to the right to expose more icons or you can click the dropdown to right. If the padlock is only accessible via the dropdown, you want to right-click the tool bar and select customize so you can move the padlock to a better location.

2. CLICK ON THE PADLOCK

The padlock loads your dashboard where you can launch apps.

3. APP DETECTION

If you see the blue tab on a web page, it’s because it has detected a login page. When you click on the tab, it will check if this is a pre-integrated app and then add it to your account. If the app is not yet supported, you can create a custom connector using the connector wizard.
